Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
How much does delivery cost?
Freight is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery postcode. If you are in a remote area or ordering bulky equipment, our team will confirm any additional freight with you before dispatch — nothing ships with surprise charges.
How long will my order take?
Stocked items are picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse, and every order includes tracking. Delivery times vary by location and freight service — metro orders are fastest, while regional and bulky goods take longer. If you are working to a deadline, contact us before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with your order number and photos and we will make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.
Can I return an item I no longer need?
Yes — unused items in original packaging can be returned. Contact us first for a return authorisation. Change-of-mind return freight is at your cost; if we sent the wrong item, we cover everything.
Orders
Below are some of our common questions about orders
How do I place an order?
Add equipment to cart and check out online with our secure checkout. For multiple items or tender quotes, use our request a quote form instead.
Do you offer bulk or trade pricing?
Yes. For fit-outs, multi-unit orders and repeat trade buyers, talk to our team and we will price the package.
How can I pay?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options at checkout. All payments are processed over encrypted, PCI-compliant checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Contact us to arrange warehouse pickup where available — otherwise we deliver Australia-wide.
Products
Below are some common questions about our products
Are your products compliant with Australian Standards?
Yes — equipment that requires it complies with the relevant Australian Standards, and compliance details are listed on the product page. If you need a certificate for a specific item, ask us.
Do products arrive assembled?
Most equipment arrives boxed for safe freight. Pallet jacks need the handle fitted on arrival — a job of minutes with basic tools — and manuals are included where needed.
What warranty do I get?
All equipment is covered by a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Batteries, wheels and other consumables carry shorter coverage. Keep your invoice — contact us with your order number to make a claim.
